Offerings to the Gods

Throughout history, we have used votive offerings as gifts to the Gods, as an aspect of the personal relationship between them. We will explore the history of these sacred offerings, and create our own using clay. Limited space is available for this workshop, and attendees should expect their hands may get dirty in the creation of their votive offerings.

Introduction to Nordic Runes

Join Shiloh in an exploration of the Nordic Runes. Participants will learn the history of Runes, both as letters and a language, why they are used, how to use them, and lastly they get to create their own runic necklace. Shiloh guides the class in understanding the symbols and their meanings, in a way that is easy to memorize and different from other methods of learning. For the necklace, each participant will be given the opportunity to select the Rune(s) they resonate with the most and strings them together to form a unique necklace. Everyone will have a personalized Runic necklace as a special token of creativity and learning. In order to assure your place to make a necklace, please book yourself for the class in advance.
